Construction: Double walled: Outer wall of Mild steel powder coated or Stainless Steel and inner chamber of Stainless steel 304.
CONTROL PANEL: Control panel fitted at the Topside of the Oven with the following electrical accessories:
- Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller
- ON/OFF Switch with Indicating Lamp
- Heater (On/Off) Indicating Lamp.
Temperature Range: +50°C to 280°C. (On Request above 280°C)
Controller: Microprocessor based controller with LED Display, PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, with dual display of set Value and Process value for precise control of temperature.
Accuracy: ± 2˚C.
Resolution: 0.1˚C
Sensor: PT100.
Heating Element: U-shaped Tubular heater
Fan: Air circulation provided to maintain temperature uniformity.
Door: Main Door with Rubber Gasket.
Trays: Adjustable-Stainless Steel.

Caster: Solid Bush at the bottom of the Oven/ Smooth moving ball bearing type Castor wheels for moving entire Oven with Stopper.
